The body is the unfilled bug-report template: the Summary, Steps to Reproduce and Visuals fields all read 'done', and the title is 'ownar', so no behaviour, file or test is named. Before any code is read, the reporter needs to say what fails and how to trigger it. Done means a reproducible description exists, after which the affected area of the TypeScript extension can be located.
