Start by reproducing the reported Install-Module AWSPowerShell -Scope CurrentUser -Force failure and inspect the gallery code that serves https://www.powershellgallery.com/api/v2/package/{package}/{version}. The report does not name a source file or test, so locate the package download endpoint and its tests first. Done means the package installs successfully and the reported invalid source location no longer appears.
