Check how the toolchain cache ACL and sandbox token capabilities are configured together. Done means only Patch's sandbox tokens can read the cache, rather than all AppContainers; run the relevant Windows sandbox tests.

Problem
win.rs:633-645 and :1763 grant the toolchain cache (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Patch\sandbox-toolchains\cache) FILE_READ_EXECUTE to ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES (S-1-15-2-1).
Impact
Every AppContainer on the machine can read the copied Program Files toolchains, not only Patch's sandbox: Store apps and other vendors' sandboxes. This is minor information disclosure and makes the cache more widely shared than its purpose needs.
Fix
Grant the cache to a dedicated derived capability (for example patch.toolchains) that only Patch's sandbox tokens carry, as is already done for projects.
