The report names only the homepage and the message failed to read request body, with no error output, configuration, or reproduction link, so the code path is not identified. Start by reproducing the error on a local Worker build and asking the reporter for the request and the logs. Done means the failing read is located and either fixed or the report is shown to be a configuration issue.
