Search the Java build files (Maven pom.xml or Gradle) for org.quartz-scheduler:quartz at 2.3.2 and bump it past 2.3.2 so the transitive com.mchange:mchange-commons-java is no longer 0.2.15. Confirm the new Quartz version still compiles and that scheduler-related tests still pass. Done when the declared Quartz version is greater than 2.3.2 and the vulnerable transitive dependency is gone from the resolved tree.
