Start at cars/egmp/src/lib.rs and inspect WindowCommand, then review the SavvyCAN logger reference in firmware#22 and the existing entries in dbc/m-can.dbc in contracts. Capture the frames from the car, add them to the DBC, and send them from firmware only when read-only is off and the car check passes; done means the command closes or vents the windows under those conditions.

Close or vent the windows (WindowCommand). It currently returns "Not implemented" (cars/egmp/src/lib.rs).

Capture the frames the car sends when this is done from the car itself (SavvyCAN logger, firmware#22), add them to dbc/m-can.dbc in contracts, then send them from the firmware.

Only send while read-only is off and the car identity check passes.
