enhancement

Refine the quality assessment capabilities of SERI QC and QCFIT and assign the names NLR QA and QAFIT to represent the update for assessing data quality of modern measurement technologies.

Contribution:

  • QCFIT (this repository)
  • SERI QC (SUNI repository)

Note that SERI QC and QCFIT softwares work independently. QCFIT script calls only basic utils functions (splitDate, utcCoversion, calculateZenith, and calculateAirmass) from SERI QC script.

Ignored SERI QC (Rahul's code) from this repository as this is outdated. Instead, made the SERI QC code improvement on SUNI. Workflow: Develop QCFIT software, generate .QC0/.QA0 file here, then use that generated file to SUNI/CLI/SERIQC (Paul's code) to continue the development.
