It concerns the image reference nvcr.io/nim/nvidia/kumo-tabular:1.0.0-rc2 from the Kumo Tabular deployment page and a docker pull that returns access denied after a successful docker login. I created an NGC Personal API Key with NGC Catalog permission.
sudo docker login nvcr.io --username '$oauthtoken' succeeds.
However, pulling the image returns:
pull access denied, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login'
