Start with Site.CreatePermalink in Fanstatic/Models/Site.cs and read the URL documentation at Fanstatic-site/content/docs/about/features/urls.md; inspect existing tests and fixture sites in Fanstatic.Test/ and .TestSites/. Run ./build.sh test to establish the baseline. Done means a fixture verifies section and taxonomy patterns, precedence, multilingual prefixes, and paginated paths, with the URL documentation updated.

Current State
URLs can only be changed per page through the front matter URL template (Site.CreatePermalink,
Fanstatic/Models/Site.cs:453). There is no site-wide pattern per section like Hugo's permalinks:.

Tests live in Fanstatic.Test/ (xUnit + NSubstitute); fixture sites in .TestSites/. Run ./build.sh test; new/changed methods need CRAP ≤ 15 and ≥ 75 % line coverage.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Fixture site with patterns for a section and a taxonomy produces the expected paths, including page 2 of lists.
