Description:
When rpcUrl is provided, useStream requests a list URL with ?id= rather than /:streamId. The REST list ignores id and returns a collection, which is assigned as a FlowFiStream without mapping its fields.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Fetch a stream via the documented detail endpoint regardless of whether a Soroban RPC URL is configured; keep REST and RPC configuration separate.
- Map the real backend response into FlowFiStream, and cover a configured provider, not-found response and switching stream IDs.
Notes:
Source trace: rpcUrl selects ?id= on a list endpoint and JSON is cast without the FlowFiStream mapping.
