The issue names two concat overloads (DataRow.concat(vararg DataRow) and DataFrame.concat(vararg DataFrame)) that still lack compiler-plugin schema support. Start from how the existing compiler plugin already refines schemas for other concat APIs, then apply the same idea using the receiver schema plus every vararg argument. Done when those overloads produce a refined result schema consistent with the rest of the plugin.

We have no compiler plugin support yet for the following overloads:

public fun <T> DataRow<T>.concat(vararg rows: DataRow<T>): DataFrame<T>

public fun <T> DataFrame<T>.concat(vararg frames: DataFrame<T>): DataFrame<T>

We could probably use the schemas of the receiver and all the arguments to refine the result schema.
