The payload names no source files, so start by finding how the existing converters register input formats in the repository. Adding .3dm needs a reader for Rhino geometry, which is a new dependency and a design choice, so settle that with the maintainer first. Done means a sample .3dm file from the linked page converts to at least one of stl, obj, glb or pdf.
