Confirm the firmware's duration unit on hardware, then compare it with the host-side alarm window. Done means the unit is verified and the TODO is removed.

AlarmConfig.duration carries the comment duration in seconds (TODO plz verify) (crates/podd-core/src/config/mod.rs:58). This value flows straight into AlarmCommand.duration (sensor/manager.rs:683-685) and is compared against a seconds-based alarm window (in_alarm_window builds alarm_end from Span::seconds(alarm_cfg.duration), manager.rs:655-656). If the firmware actually interprets the field as milliseconds (the FW start log reports dur 600000 ms in the state.rs test fixtures), the host-side window and the firmware run-length would disagree. Worth confirming the unit on hardware and removing the TODO.
