POST /auth/register/participants/{inviteId} accepts externalId in the body. When the invite's prefill carries no external ID, registerParticipant keeps the participant's own value and saves it on their study record. The registration form never sends this field, so it takes a hand-made request, but the server doesn't stop it.

External ID is the study's own identifier for a participant, used to map CTRL participants to the study's records (#497, #602). A participant can pick any value, including one that already belongs to someone else, because external IDs don't have to be unique (#952). Their consent could then be matched to the wrong person's records.

Fix: remove externalId from RegisterParticipantRequest and take it only from the invite's prefill.
