The payload names no source files, so start by finding where the app drawer draws its icons in the Kotlin launcher source. Reproduce the oversized icons on Android 12, or on an emulator with a similar icon pack, using the latest release. Done means icons in the drawer render at a consistent size on that setup, with the cause confirmed rather than guessed. The issue has no comments and no maintainer response yet, so ask for guidance early.
