Start by reading the hidden-photo and Unhide flows, then try to reproduce the reported sequence on the affected app version; the report does not name source files or tests. Check what happens when Unhide is pressed again after the first unhide leaves the photo in an error state. Done means the photo is not deleted and the repeated action does not produce the reported error.

Steps to reproduce the bug
  1. Click on a hidden photo
  2. Press Unhide
  3. Leave out of the photo and then when it doesn't let you click on it, click on an adjacent photo and then swipe into the first one
  4. Be greeted by an error instead of your photo
  5. Click Unhide again
  6. Get a Java error message
Expected behavior

Nothing would happen, because the photo is already unhidden and doesn't exist under the same name anymore.

Actual behavior

The photo gets permanently removed from the device with no warning. It's no longer visible with its old filename and timestampt in the folder it was previously in. It's neither hidden nor visible.

I can't provide images, I am sorry. I don't have any. I was only able to reproduce this once on version 1.5.1. I don't wanna lose any other photos.

Please if you think the photo still might exist somewhere, let me know! It was something very important and I need to get it back :'(
