The request asks for a bedtime reminder tied to alarms but offers two placements: a new tab in the app's bottom bar, or a simpler integration into the existing alarm screen. The payload names no files or entry points, so the first step is to ask the maintainers which placement they want and how the bedtime is calculated from the wake time. Feature description

I want an easy way, for an alarm, to have a reminder that if you want to sleep 8hs you better sleep at this' x hour. Perhaps a new tab on the bar could be added, like it has been done on google's clock.
Or there's maybe another way simpler and more creative to integrate it in alarms.

Why do you want this feature?

I feel that this app has been the best replacement for google's clock, but it only lacks this feature.

Additional information

I'm very satisfied with this app so far, this feature only fulfills that which can make it my favorite clock app so far.
