The payload names no files or entry points. Start by finding the app's existing alarm code and how it stores and toggles alarms, then review Android's quick settings tile API (TileService) and how the app registers services in its manifest. The request is only a sketch: first agree with maintainers on what the tile should do (toggle the alarm, or show the next one), since the issue doesn't say. Done means a tile appears in quick settings and performs that agreed action.
