Run grep -rn superpowers engine to find the comments and docstrings that cite missing design-spec paths. Replace each reference with a one-line summary of the rule it points to, or remove it. The work is done when no such references remain and each affected comment either explains the rule or is gone.

Find them with grep -rn superpowers engine. Replace each with a one-line summary of the rule it points at, or drop it.
