Bắt đầu với crates/engine/src/update_table.rs và đọc unit test hiện có cho trường hợp StreamViewType còn thiếu. ExtendDB (crates/engine/src/update_table.rs) StreamViewType must be specified when StreamEnabled is true

On the service this check precedes the already-enabled check (Table already has an enabled stream); ExtendDB has the same order.

Fix shape

Replace the sentence in the engine's update_table.rs; the existing unit test and a wire row on both table states. The CreateTable form has its own sentence (Table is being created with a stream enabled, UpdateViewType is required), added in #515.
