Summary

DescribeStream on the service returns CreationRequestDateTime in StreamDescription on every stream, enabled or disabled (measured 2026-10-24 on both; the key set is CreationRequestDateTime, KeySchema, Shards, StreamArn, StreamLabel, StreamStatus, StreamViewType, TableName). ExtendDB omits it on every backend; no emitter exists in the tree (git grep CreationRequestDateTime -- crates on main 744ea291 finds nothing).

Fix shape

The stream label is the creation time to the millisecond (2026-10-24T11:31:45.748), so the value is derivable from the label without a stored column: parse the label and render it as the epoch-seconds number the API uses. One wire row asserting the member is present and equals the label's instant.
