Problem

None of the entrypoints publish an event (a refund-event issue is already open, #1873). Without create and release events the backend's submission processor and any indexer can only learn about state changes by simulating get_status per escrow, which adds RPC load and cannot show who triggered a change.

Proposed change

Publish events on create, release and refund with topics (symbol, escrow_id) and data containing payer, beneficiary, amount and ledger timestamp. Document the schema in the README and add event assertions to the tests.

Acceptance criteria

  • env.events().all() contains the expected event after each call; schema documented.
