Start from the task status indicator UI and trace how the waiting-for-user-input state is represented. Compare the existing orange/generating and blue/ready-but-unseen indicators, then confirm the intended styling with the issue discussion. Done means an agent waiting for input is visually distinguishable when multiple agents run concurrently.

When having multiple agents running at the same time, it's easy to miss a notification that an agent has questions. I think, instead of the orange/generating indicator, it should instead either show the blue/ready-but-unseen indicator, or a new one.
I'm willing to build myself - I don’t think it'll take much time - but I want to hear from you about the styling.
