The issue names no files, tests or entry points, so begin by finding how the existing winget, Scoop and Chocolatey sources are implemented in the repository and how they plug into the package list. Done would mean a configured owner/repo with an asset pattern can list a newer GitHub Release and download the matching Windows asset. The open design questions (asset matching, checksum verification) should be settled with maintainers before coding.

Describe the improvement
Add a package source that checks GitHub Releases of a repository for newer versions and offers to download and install the matching Windows asset (.exe, .msi, or .zip) from UniGetUI, alongside the existing winget, Scoop and Chocolatey sources.
Describe how this improvement could help users
Many desktop applications (for example open-source tools) publish Windows builds only as GitHub Releases and are not available in winget, Scoop or Chocolatey. Today these apps must be updated manually. Supporting GitHub Releases would let users keep them up to date from the same interface, with a single place to see available updates.
Possible approach: configure a repository (owner/repo) and an asset pattern per app; verify checksums when the release provides them.
