Exercise client and min-grade in a test workflow, including endpoint-list and named-client modes. Done means the reusable Action runs the scan, emits the grade as a step summary, and fails CI when the configured threshold is not met.

Let any buyer-client repo keep its safety grade from regressing. A reusable GitHub Action that runs x402-scan against the repo's client (via the named-client adapter from the one-command issue) and fails the job if the grade falls below a threshold.
