During authorized #234 production verification, the new independent knowledge backup/mirror schedules and CloudWatch failure/stale alarms were enabled successfully. Their AlarmActions target the existing DataOps rollout SNS topic, but read-only list-subscriptions-by-topic returned zero subscriptions.
CloudWatch alarm states and knowledge job status/checkpoints are observable. External operator notification delivery is currently unconfigured and was not verified. Establish the intended operator alert destination/subscription and verify delivery without inventing contact information or putting private operational details in the public repository.
Related: #234; #128 has broader conversational rollout/alarm-subscription checks, while this observation affects the newly deployed independent knowledge jobs now. Needs PM grooming; no notification destination was selected or message sent during this audit.
