Reproduce the three behaviors in Chromium using the Docker Compose setup described in compose.yml and the computers overlays. Trace the home and page chat inputs, then inspect polling for /api/copilotkit/inspector-metadata. Done means Enter sends from the home composer, the page input has an accessible label, and unauthorized polling no longer produces repeated production console errors.

- Enter doesn't send on a Dot's home composer ("Start a conversation"); the send button works, and Enter works in the in-thread composer.
- Page chat input has no accessible label: the "Ask about this page…"
<input>has only a placeholder. - Console noise in production: the client requests
/api/copilotkit/inspector-metadataabout every 2 s and gets 403 each time (~180 console errors in 6 minutes).
