Start in src/shared/page-review.ts and trace the review_space_page and edit_space_page entry points. Check how review cards carry page identity and how the existing revision check is applied. Done means approving a review for an existing page updates it in place without creating a duplicate, while new-page reviews still create pages.

Mô tả

review_space_page only accepts {title, content, spaceId} (src/shared/page-review.ts), so approving a review card always creates a new page. Changes to existing pages go through edit_space_page, which has no human-review step.

How we hit it: in a page's chat, asked a second Dot to revise the page and "show the draft for review before saving over the page". After Approve & save, the Space contained two pages with the same title; the original was untouched and nothing links the two.

Expected: review cards can target an existing page (optional pageId) and update it in place with the usual revision check.

Env: Docker Compose (compose.yml + computers overlays), main @ c2569bb, OPENAI_MODEL=gpt-5.4-mini, Chromium.
