Feature request: allow gifting Command Code credits to another account

Start by tracing the existing /extra and /usage flows and the Studio > Billing surface behind https://commandcode.ai/billing. Review how balances and usage/ledger history are handled before assessing the proposed /gift flow. Done means transfers handle the stated validation cases atomically and both balances and ledger entries can be verified between test accounts.

Summary

Command Code has no way to gift credits. I can buy extra credits for myself with /extra, and a team can pool credits, but I cannot send credits to another person's account.

That means gifting credits is impossible today. If I want to help a colleague, a friend learning to code, or someone I want to onboard, I have to pay for their plan or send them money separately, while the credits already sitting in my own balance go unused.

Expected Behavior

A way to send credits from my balance to another Command Code account, e.g. a "Gift credits" action in Studio > Billing or a /gift <username> <amount> command.

The sender's balance should decrease by the amount and the recipient's balance should increase by the same amount, both recorded in the usage/ledger history.

Actual Behavior

There is no gifting or transfer feature. Credits are tied to the account that bought them: extra credits bought via /extra stay on my balance. The only sharing supported is team billing, which pools credits at the team level and requires everyone to be on the same team. The docs list no way to send credits to another account.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Run /usage or open https://commandcode.ai/billing and confirm you have credits.
2. Look for any "gift", "transfer", or "send credits" action in the billing area or CLI.
3. Run /extra: it only buys credits for your own account.
4. Search /help and the docs for a gifting or transfer command.
5. No gifting or transfer option exists.

Add credit gifting to Command Code. Credit balances live in the billing layer behind https://commandcode.ai/billing and the /extra and /usage flows. Add a way to transfer credits to another account by username: a "Gift credits" action in Studio > Billing plus a /gift <username> <amount> command with a confirmation step.

The transfer must debit the sender and credit the recipient atomically, validate that the recipient exists, reject self-transfers and insufficient balances, and record both sides in the usage/ledger history.

Check it by gifting a small amount between two test accounts and verifying both balances and ledger entries, plus the failure cases (unknown user, insufficient balance, self-transfer).
