This is a multi-slice feature spanning the SQLite schema (Migrations.CurrentVersion, SchemaGuard.ExpectedColumns), the sync protocol constants ProtocolVersion and MinimumProtocolVersion, the Avalonia WASSERFÖRDERUNG tab and the QuestPDF report section. Depends on an unmerged engine slice (#150), so start by reading that review comment and the engine code it refers to. Done means the per-pump values round-trip through storage and sync, and the tab and PDF show them with screenshots attached.

Scope
  • WasserfoerderungLeitung stores the per-pump results and findings as values, computed once and never recomputed on open. One factory, not the two near-duplicates on the branch.
  • Migration numbered above main's Migrations.CurrentVersion at merge time, with columns in SchemaGuard.ExpectedColumns. Never run this build against real Einsatzdateien (#396).
  • Sync: the new add/remove commands are commands a client may send, so raise MinimumProtocolVersion along with ProtocolVersion.
  • Tab WASSERFÖRDERUNG:
    • Stützpunkt profile entry, plus a length/rise shortcut that writes a two-point profile.
    • Pump table: Station, Höhe, Eingang, Ausgang, Abschnitt, Steigung, B-20.
    • Druckverlauf chart: terrain, pressure sawtooth, min. Eingangsdruck line, numbered pumps.
    • Findings list.
    • Materialbilanz.
    • Footer "Planungshilfe nach FI 5.008 — keine Einsatzentscheidung".
  • PDF: per-Leitung pump table plus the chart. The footer is built from the stored values. The branch hardcodes "B-800, 8 bar … 3 % Reserveschlauch", which is wrong for any other configuration, and the 3 % was pressure headroom, not hoses.
Acceptance
  • Round-trip and sync tests for the stored per-pump values.
  • Before/after screenshots of the tab and the PDF section.
