Mô tả
A new table which keeps the log of Petition and uses json format to store the data.
- We can keep record of the previous status and can filter out that this petition was in some status before like for student dashboard we can show the petitions if the petition was in student_action status once.
- Cronjob to delete the inactive emails and send the emails for the petition hasn't approved.
