The horizontal scroll bar in the Cap Editor is very small and pinned to the right side of the window. Expected behavior: it should span most of the width of the window
Reproduction
Open the Cap Editor. On my device on both retail and dev builds from the 0.6.1 source code the horizontal scroll bar is consistently displayed smaller than expected, both when the Editor is in fullscreen and when windowed.
