Description of the Feature, Filter, or Functionality?

Add a filter that would sort features by their size. this would require adjusting both the Cell level feature Ids array AND the associated Feature Attribute Matrix arrays. Essentially, one would sort some feature array, then based on the new indices update the cell level feature Ids array to complete the change.

Sorting a feature array is just one possibility, there could be other criteria that would be used to order the features: Orientation, disorientation, complex boolean logic?
