Behaviour

/settings → Providers → composing → enter shows no model matches, although music works on google/lyria-3-clip-preview (a jingle was rendered through it). The picker should list the music models that work.

Replication

  1. Build dev 837b2b0 (git checkout 837b2b0 && make build, binary bin/codeaf), or install the dev build with curl -fsSL https://agentfield.ai/get/devaf | bash.
  2. Use an isolated profile: export HOME=$(mktemp -d), export OPENROUTER_API_KEY, and keep the default model (~deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash-latest, crew on auto).
  3. On a busy machine set task.max_load to 0 (/settings, Tasks) so the busy-machine gate does not hold tasks.
  4. codeaf, /settings, Providers tab, move to composing, press enter.

Evidence

  • Screen: no model matches.
  • internal/tui3/models.go:560: composesMusic(model) = makesModality(model, "music", musicMarks); Lyria rows publish output ["text","audio"], not music, and musicMarks does not match lyria.

Guessed cause

A guess from reading the code, not a confirmed diagnosis. The picker's music filter looks for a music modality or an id mark that Lyria rows do not carry, so every music model is filtered out.

Acceptance

  • e2e: the composing picker lists google/lyria-3-clip-preview, and choosing it is saved.
