Re-work config file

Sử dụng cấu hình mẫu trong issue làm cấu trúc mục tiêu. Xem xét các phần tests và reports được đề xuất, sau đó xác định những trường trùng lặp nào, bao gồm name, directory và report name, nên được giữ lại. Hoàn tất nghĩa là cấu trúc cấu hình nhất quán và ví dụ phản ánh chính xác định dạng được hỗ trợ.

Add an explicit section for tests that would be a dictionary so that an example config would look like:

I might also remove some of the duplicate info, such as the name, and in the reports, the directory and name fields.
