Description
An opt in flag for local e2e runs that skips deleting pulled images afterward, so repeated local runs don't re-pull the same images from Harbor every time.
CI stays exactly as is, this only kicks in when explicitly set, perhaps something like KEEP_IMAGES=1 make test_nerdctl_Spt.
