Research direction

Start by reviewing the external nob_heapq implementation and Python's heapq documentation, then inspect how nob.h incorporates plugins or library features. Done means the heapq functionality is integrated into nob.h itself rather than remaining an external plugin.

Description

I have implemented Python's heapq as a "plugin" for nob.h. I think it will be great if we can move it inside of nob.h itself. Any thoughts?
