Research direction

Start with saveStore.js and PageEditor.jsx to trace how a theme-only save sets the stale media flag and how the editor chooses its notice. Check en.json for the existing themeSettings.toasts.mediaUsageStale wording, then add or update a test for a theme-only save. Done means the notice refers to site settings and the test passes.

Description

bug

A site-settings save in the editor says "this page" in its image notice.

saveStore folds a theme save's MEDIA_USAGE_STALE into the same mediaUsageStale flag as page and header/footer saves, and PageEditor.jsx (~85-90) announces it with pageEditor.mediaUsage.stale ("Your page is saved… which images this page uses…"). For a theme-only save that names the wrong thing; Site settings has its own wording (themeSettings.toasts.mediaUsageStale).

Done when: A theme-only save in the editor announces it with wording about the site settings, with a test.

Start: saveStore.js, PageEditor.jsx, en.json. Source: 2026-10-07 browser regression pass on theme-save-concurrency.
