Research direction

Start by reading the command parsing and macro code mentioned in the planning notes, then trace how numbers are currently parsed and formatted. Check Rug's parse_radix and to_string_radix APIs for bases 2 through 36. Done means an optional !base=12 command changes both accepted digits and number output to the selected base; the issue does not name specific files or tests.

Description

enhancement proposal

Description

A Command like "!base=12" could be available per base, which makes the bot read and write numbers in that base.

Reasoning

There have been multiple instances in which a factorial of a non-decimal number was wanted.

Resources

Planning

Rug supports any Radix between 2 and 36 with parse_radix and to_string_radix (maybe some formatting Option alternative?). We would need to change what is accepted as a digit in parsing (dynamic) and add a Command supporting an Optional Number -> change macro.
