Description

Found during the iOS Settings work (#589). PlaybackSettings moved to :android:playback:core commonMain. That module isn't in UiModuleRules' DATA_AND_PROVIDER_MODULES list, so the layer rules may not check UI modules importing it. Add it, and re-baseline if needed.
