站点状态如果该站点正常全部显示200OK，事实上有很多返回404、301的这种，可以将准确的状态码显示出来吗

• 现在添加了52个监控后 会时不时报错 导致服务没问题但还是会触发错误邮件通知 报错是SQLite 数据库并发写入冲突 有方法用其他数据库或解决这个问题吗
