Research direction

Start by locating the diagnostic-plot functions and reviewing how their current data inputs are represented. Check how a data frame of parameter names and priors could be accepted and how ggdist::stat_slab could be integrated to compare prior and posterior distributions. Done means the diagnostic plots visibly include the supplied prior distributions alongside the posterior results.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Functionality to also plot the prior distribution would be useful to compare prior and posterior. One way to do this would be for the user to provide a data frame with parameter names and corresponding priors and use ggdist::stat_slab or similar to add these to the plots.
