Research direction

Read rust/operator-binary/src/crd/mod.rs around lines 368-369 and compare the scalar names with the Kubernetes naming convention described in the issue. Confirm that the CRD exposes the expected PascalCase names, including ZooKeeper and KRaft, while accounting for the noted breaking change.

Current and expected behavior

Per Kubernetes convention, scalar values are PascalCase (e.g. see ClusterIp, NodePort etc.).
In https://github.com/stackabletech/kafka-operator/blob/e70584066e55aef3e477c210f19dd2c31b1a284f/rust/operator-binary/src/crd/mod.rs#L368-L369 we define them as zookeeper and kraft, although according to the convention they should be ZooKeeper and KRaft.

Sadly this is a breaking change, but for now we can accept both variants (lower and Pascal case), which is non-breaking :)
