Research direction

The issue names no files, so begin by finding the Meal and Recipe definitions in the TypeScript source and how a meal's contents and nutrition totals are currently computed from its recipes. Check whether the data model can hold a plain ingredient entry alongside recipe entries, and where the meal's nutrition is summed. Done when a meal can contain a direct ingredient, its amounts and nutrition appear in the meal totals, and existing recipe-only meals behave as before.

Today a Meal can only contain recipes. It should also be possible to add plain ingredients directly to a meal — for the parts of a meal that are not a recipe (a side, a shake, a handful of something) — so the meal's contents and nutrition reflect everything actually eaten, without having to create a throwaway recipe for each one-off item.
