The following PR adds limited savedsearches Conf file validation for Versioning Enforcement.
https://github.com/splunk/contentctl/pull/280/files
In the future, we may want full KV parsing for this file for extended validation or reading CONF file into YML objects.
Tracking this as a possible enhancement.
