Start by comparing the terms in definitions/terminology with the Primer and Spec, using the related Solid OIDC issue #118 for context. Determine which terms should be stated as SKOS Concepts and consolidate the documents, allowing the Primer to retain additional reader-oriented terms. Consider stating the terms in definitions/terminology as SKOS Concepts.
Consolidate the terms in these documents. Understandably, the Primer may need to list more terms than the Spec to help the reader. The Primer could extend (copy/paste) the Spec's terms for example.
