Research direction

Start with the quickui#textbox#command() entry point and inspect the Vim plugin's textbox implementation and documentation for an existing way to retrieve its displayed text. Determine what support is needed for Vim registers or the system clipboard; done should provide a documented, working way to copy textbox content.

Description

I use quickui#textbox#command() to show result of some tool(e.g. dictionary query tool). Sometime I want to copy the result to vim register or system clipboard, I don't know how to get it.

Is it possible?
