Description
ADR 0029 puts FieldWorks Markdown second in the default paste order (TsString, FieldWorks Markdown, plain text) and offers it under 'Copy as'. Only ClipboardForms.FieldWorksMarkdownId exists today; no form ships, so every host would have to write its own. Add an IClipboardForm to SIL.TextEditing.Markdown over MarkdownConverter (ToMarkdown/Parse, NFD on read, writing systems mapped through IWritingSystemMapper) with OffersCopyAs = true, register it in the playground, and add a round-trip test through the clipboard backend. This is also needed for the planned paste order with Word HTML/RTF (R-3).
