Description

PR #149 resets the cancelled-retry count in RestartLanguageAnalysis, the LanguageService setter and LanguageAttached, but only the Changed path has a test. Add tests for restart, setting a new service, and detach/re-attach. Also audit other counted-ask tests for the same render-timing pattern (a repaint inside Headless.Pump).
