Research direction

Start at the sem get workflows
command and trace how workflow details are retrieved and displayed. Add the requested --jobs behavior, with job ID, name, age, state, and result shown for the selected workflow; verify the command output against the example in the issue.

Description

It'd be great to be able to to list the jobs within a workflow, ie:

$> sem get workflows
--jobs
ID NAME AGE STATE RESULT

   unit-test 22s DONE PASSED

   integration-test 59s DONE PASSED

    lint 22s DONE PASSED
